Ingredients:
1 lb. cooked beans, any variety See how to cook beans here

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup sliced celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
1 to 2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 to 3 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 to 3 teaspoons Tabasco
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
1/2 cup red wine (optional)

Heat the oil in a large saucepan and add the onion, peppers, celery, and garlic. Saute for six to eight minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Stir in the canned tomatoes, cooked beans and seasonings. Simmer for about 30 minutes over a low heat, stirring occasionally.
