Spicy Black Bean Soup - Vegan, Instant Pot®

This easy-to-make soup is packed with nutrition and is perfect for a cold winter day.

 

Ingredients:

black beans, olive oil, white onion, bell pepper, garlic, chili powder, ground cumin, oregano, salt, black pepper, chipotle pepper powder, vegetable broth, Hatch chili peppers, garlic salt, and you can garnish with pico de gallo, sliced red bell peppers and lime slices.

 

The recipe's author uses an Instant Pot® for this recipe and says it takes about 1 hr. 40 minutes to prepare, start to finish.
